1. Acceptance of Terms
- By downloading, accessing, or using the Gossip app, you agree to comply with this End User License Agreement (EULA) and our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Age Requirement
- Gossip is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement.
3. Account Registration
- Users must create two profiles: an Anonymous Gossip (AG) profile and an Original Gossip (OG) profile.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and passwords.
4. User Conduct
- You agree to use the app in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not use the app to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive behaviour.
- You agree not to impersonate others, harass, bully, or cause distress to other users.
- You are prohibited from using the app for any commercial purposes without our prior consent.
- There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users will be banned for life if found guilty.
5. Content
- You retain ownership of the content you post on the app.
- By posting content, you grant Gossip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the app.
- Gossip reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate.
- Gossip will act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content.
6. Privacy
- Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within the app.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Gossip is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Gossip is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on the app. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. User’s Term
- Gossip is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18.
